Harassed
by Loan and Credit Card Companies

When we first met Mr W he was very distressed, he had several loan and credit card companies chasing him for money every day, threatening to repossess his home, they where making his life a misery & due to losing his job he couldn’t pay them or keep up with the payments on his mortgage.
His sister was ill and he was caring for her also at the time. He wanted to be able to sell his house to clear his debts and get the loan companies off his back.

We negotiated with the lenders to get them off his back while we bought his house we also gave him the option of buying his house back in the future when his circumstances improved.

Selling Due to Illness

Mr and Mrs S wanted to sell their house and move into a council bungalow
That would allow Mrs S more freedom from her illness, as she couldn’t cope with the stairs anymore. We arranged to buy their house at a price that was right for them enabling them to move to the bungalow. We also let them stay in the house for a while until the bungalow was ready for them.

Wanting to Move Closer to Grand Children

Mr and Mrs H Wanted to sell their house and move closer to their grand children so they could see them more often.
The house needed a little bit of work and they wanted a quick sale so instead of approaching an estate agent to sell their home they came to us and in 4 weeks they where on their way to see their grandchildren.

Can’t Keep up With Payments

Mr and Mrs E contacted us when they realized they where not going to be able to keep up their payments on their mortgage and secured loan after Mr E retired. They wanted to stay in their home so we arranged to buy their house and keep them in it as our tenants, they are over the moon as they get to stay in their home and are paying a lot less per month in rent than they where to the mortgage and loan company and the neighbors don’t even know the house has been sold.

Tenant Problems

Mr S had a house he was letting out but he had some problems with the tenants Not looking after the property and was fed up of being a landlord, he wanted a quick cash sale to get the problems off his plate. We bought his property in 4 weeks to take his problems off his hands.
