Q: How do your prices compare to those I'd get from an estate agent?
A: It depends on a number of things, like the type and location of the property. We usually offer around 75% of the open-market value (the price your house would be worth to achieve a sale within 4-6 weeks). You may achieve a higher price on the open market but there are no guarantees of a quick sale, and you'll still have to pay additional costs such as Agents’ fees. A: Yes, we always recommend you have legal support. We will pay your solicitors fees up to £500 on completion and arrange one for you if you like.
